HDB has launched 9,144 flats across 10 projects in 8 towns — Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Bishan, Bukit Merah, Jurong East, Sengkang, Toa Payoh, and Yishun. Applications close on 22 October. Debut Prime sites include Mount Pleasant (Toa Payoh) and Berlayar (Bukit Merah) under the PLH model.

What’s Next
The February 2026 BTO exercise will offer about 4,600 flats across Bukit Merah, Sembawang, Tampines and Toa Payoh, alongside an SBF exercise of around 3,000 units.
