Fernvale Plains is bounded by Fernvale Drive, Fernvale Link and Fernvale Street. The development comprises 5 residential blocks ranging from 23 to 26 storeys, including 1 rental block and 4 residential blocks. In total, the project will offer 1,037 units of Community Care Apartments, 2 room Flexi, 4 room and 5 room flats. These homes will be launched as Standard flats under the new flat classification framework and are designated as Shorter Waiting Time flats, with waiting periods of less than 3 years.
