Over the weekend of July 29-30, three new property projects were previewed in Singapore. The first is TMW Maxwell, a mixed-use development with 324 residential and 11 commercial units. It is located in Tanjong Pagar and is expected to attract homebuyers who enjoy the city and urban lifestyles. The second project is Orchard Sophia, which has 78 residential units on Sophia Road. Lastly, The Arden is a development with 105 residential units located on Phoenix Road in Bukit Batok. TMW Maxwell received over 1,000 visitors during its opening weekend, with most units being studios designed as “flip/switch units” that offer versatile furniture options. These studios are targeted at young executives and investors who appreciate the live-work-play concept of the Tanjong Pagar neighbourhood. Approximately 85% of TMW Maxwell’s units are priced between $1.5 million to $2 million, with prices starting from $3,188 per square foot.
