SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) – A pair of shophouses at 56 Haji Lane and 87 Arab Street are up for sale at a guide price of $8.5 million.The shophouses have 2.5 storeys each, and are fully tenanted to retail tenants. The pair occupies a site of 1,078 sq ft and has a built-up area of 2,200 sq ft.The tender for the shophouse pair will close on April 7 at 3pm, says marketing agent PropNex Realty.
