Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) is advancing its Bridgetowne estate development, situated between Quezon and Pasig cities, with plans to unveil its commercial and office sectors within the current year.
Scheduled for launch in the latter half of this year, the Opus mall stands as a luxury retail complex. Spanning five floors, the mall offers approximately 50,000 square meters of rentable space.
Concurrently, RLC is also progressing with the office aspect of the Bridgetowne estate, focusing on the completion of GBF Center 1 and GBF Center 2. The company anticipates completing GBF Center 1 in the initial quarter and aims to conclude GBF Center 2 later this year. According to official sources, GBF Center 1 is a 30-story high-grade office building registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). Both GBF Center buildings will be interconnected via parking floors, retail ground floors, and a mutual ninth-floor deck.
In addition to these, four operational office buildings currently stand in the Bridgetowne estate, namely Tera Tower, Exxa Tower, Zeta Tower, and Giga Tower.
On the residential front, RLC has several ongoing projects within the estate, including the 45-story Velaris Residences, developed in collaboration with HongKong Land and aimed at the luxury market. The company has also partnered with Shang Properties Inc. to construct Haraya Residences. Upcoming residential initiatives feature the 40-story Cirrus Residences and the recently introduced Le Pont Residences. Moreover, Bridgetowne will accommodate a 300-room, 5-star Fili Hotel.
Strategically located between Quezon and Pasig cities, the 31-hectare Bridgetowne estate offers quick access to key roads such as C-5, Ortigas Avenue Extension, and Amang Rodriguez Avenue, and is situated minutes away from the Ortigas Central Business District.
RLC is further enhancing the estate with unique features, including a 60-meter public art installation called The Victor and a bridge, The Bridge, designed by the late national artist Francisco Mañosa. Both installations are expected to be inaugurated in June. Additionally, the company will introduce a FIFA-certified football field.
As of the fourth quarter of 2022, land development for Bridgetowne East, located on the Pasig City side, has been completed.
