September 2026 issue, reporting July 2026 data. New home sales rebounded to 731 units, the strongest month since April, after two launches returned 889 units to the market. Lentor Gardens Residences and Dunearn House took 65.9 percent of the month between them. Year to date, 4,885 units have sold, down 11.6 percent, against launches down 21.5 percent. Also inside: the raised income ceilings for BTO flats and Executive Condominiums, effective 24 August 2026.
