The Site and Facilities
The project is on the former Thomson View site, which UOL Group, Singapore Land Group and CLD secured for S$810 million in a collective sale in October 2024. The acquisition was completed in October 2025, following a High Court order approving the sale in July that year. The six residential towers take up 12 per cent of the five-hectare site, with 88 per cent given to landscaping, water features and recreational facilities. The development will offer more than 80 facilities, including eight pools, a golf simulator and a Pilates studio.
Connectivity and Track Record
Thomson Reserve will be linked by a sheltered walkway to Upper Thomson MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. Bright Hill MRT station, one stop away, will be an interchange with the Cross Island Line. The North-South Corridor, which opens progressively from 2029, is expected to improve road and public transport connectivity. Thomson Plaza is opposite, with Windsor Nature Park and the Upper Thomson dining stretch within a five-minute walk, and Ai Tong School is within 1km.
The developers’ recent projects have sold well: Skye at Holland, a 666-unit condominium launched in October 2025, is fully sold, and 98 per cent of the 1,193 units at Parktown Residence in Tampines, launched in February 2025, have been sold. Thomson Reserve is expected to receive its Temporary Occupation Permit in the second half of 2030.
